We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for protection from spiritual attacks. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm on the promise that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The disturbances in your sleep and the assaults on your body and mind are not from God, for He gives His beloved rest (Psalm 127:2). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround this dear one with Your hedge of protection. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Strengthen their mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let Your presence be a shield around them day and night.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray without ceasing, and resist the devil, knowing that he will flee (James 4:7). Remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Lord, we pray for deep, restorative sleep for this precious child of Yours. Let them lie down and sleep in peace, for You alone make them dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8). Renew their strength like the eagle’s, and let them rise up with wings, running and not growing weary, walking and not fainting (Isaiah 40:31). We declare victory over every attack, for the Lord is their light and their salvation—whom shall they fear? (Psalm 27:1).
In the name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, we break every chain of darkness and command every spirit of attack to flee. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won through the cross. Amen.
