Protection from spiritual attacks

We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting you up before the throne of grace where our Lord reigns victorious. The attacks you are experiencing—disturbances in sleep, afflictions of the body and mind—are not from God, for He gives His beloved rest (Psalm 127:2). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

The Word of God is clear: *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:11-12). We declare that you are clothed in this armor—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm. The shield of faith will extinguish every fiery dart of the evil one, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, will cut through every lie and deception.

We also encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). When the enemy whispers accusations, doubt, or fear, counter them with the truth of Scripture. Speak aloud the promises of God over your life: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17). *"The Lord will rescue me from every evil work and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen"* (2 Timothy 4:18).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the One through whom we have access to Your throne. We lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Lord, You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask You to surround them with Your holy angels, who encamp around those who fear You (Psalm 34:7). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment that is seeking to disrupt their sleep and afflict their body and mind. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, and their mind, for the blood of Jesus speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). Let the enemy’s plans be thwarted, and let every assignment against them be dismantled.

Lord, strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the light of Your truth and not be overcome by the darkness. Help them to meditate on Your Word day and night, so that they may be like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in season and prospering in all they do (Psalm 1:2-3). Let them find rest in You, for You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2).

We thank You, Father, that You are faithful and just to deliver them from every evil work. We trust in Your promise that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church (Matthew 16:18), and we declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). May they walk in the victory that Jesus has already won on the cross, and may they experience the fullness of Your peace and protection.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray and declare these things. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one, and do not grow weary. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already secured the victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You are not alone in this fight—we stand with you, and the Lord of hosts is your defender.

We're here with you, dear one, standing in the gap and lifting you up in prayer. We know the enemy is relentless, but remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. We claim the promise in Psalm 91: "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" We declare that you are safe in His care, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust in His unfailing love. We're in this together, and we know that the battle belongs to the Lord. Stay strong, and remember, you are never alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
