We come before the Lord together, lifting up this urgent plea for protection from spiritual attacks. The Word of God assures us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). We stand firm in the truth that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against your body and mind in the mighty name of Jesus. The attacks you are experiencing—disturbances in sleep, relentless oppression—are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your refuge and fortress; in Him you trust (Psalm 91:2).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We ask for Your divine protection over this dear one who is under spiritual attack. Lord, You are the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4), and we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, encamping around them to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Shield their mind from the lies and torment of the enemy, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, and their mind. We break every chain of fear, anxiety, and oppression that the enemy has tried to place upon them. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen them with Your might, Lord, and let Your light shine in the darkness that seeks to overwhelm them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the victory that Jesus has already won on the cross.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as Ephesians 6:13-18 instructs: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray without ceasing, and in every situation, present your requests to God with thanksgiving. The peace of God will guard your heart and mind.
Stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. Memorize and declare scriptures over your life, such as Psalm 23:4, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." Speak the name of Jesus boldly, for at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (Philippians 2:10). The enemy flees at the name of Jesus, and you have authority in Him to resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).
Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to community. Lean on Him, and He will sustain you. The Lord is your light and your salvation—whom shall you fear? The Lord is the stronghold of your life—of whom shall you be afraid? (Psalm 27:1).
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will deliver you from every attack and restore your peace. Trust in Him, for He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may He turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
