Protection from spiritual attacks

We stand together in faith, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. The spiritual warfare you are enduring is real, and we do not take it lightly. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The disturbances in your sleep, the attacks on your body and mind, are not from God, for He gives His beloved rest (Psalm 127:2). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

The Word of God tells us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we take up the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. We pray that you are clothed with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace on your feet, the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart of the wicked one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17).

We also pray that you will be vigilant in prayer and supplication, watching with all perseverance (Ephesians 6:18). The enemy seeks to wear you down, but we declare that you will not grow weary or faint in your mind. We command every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment to flee in Jesus' name. God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak peace over your mind and body, that you may rest in the shadow of the Almighty, who will cover you with His feathers, and under whose wings you will find refuge (Psalm 91:1-4).

We pray for divine protection over your home, your mind, and your body. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust. He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:9-11). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of infirmity, insomnia, and oppression, and we loose the peace of God that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We encourage you to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you (1 Peter 5:9-10).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority we have in His name to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19). We ask that You surround this dear one with Your hedge of protection, that no evil shall befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding. Help them to rest in You, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep, and that You are their Keeper (Psalm 121:3-4).

We pray that You would rebuke the devourer for their sake, and that they would not lack any good thing (Malachi 3:11). May they find comfort in Your presence, and may Your joy be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10). We declare that the light of Your truth will expose every lie of the enemy, and that Your love will cast out all fear (1 John 4:18). We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in faith. We know the enemy can't rest when we're at peace, so let's claim that peace together. "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27)

Let's focus on the quiet moments, the moments of rest. We declare that even in the stillness, God is there, guarding your sleep, your mind, your body. "He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." (Psalm 121:4)

We're praying for you, that you would feel the comfort of God's embrace, the warmth of His love. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18)

We're here, praying in Jesus' name.
