We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that He alone is our refuge, strength, and deliverer from all evil. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 91:9-11**, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* What a mighty promise—our God is faithful to protect His children when we abide in Him!
Yet we also know from **Ephesians 6:12** that our struggle is *"not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Evil is real, but our God is greater! His power has already triumphed over darkness through the blood of Jesus Christ. **1 John 4:4** declares, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."*
However, we must address something vital—your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom *alone* we have access to the Father and authority over evil. **John 14:6** leaves no doubt: *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*) And in **Acts 4:12**, we read, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and receive His Spirit—only then can you stand fully under His divine protection.
For those who *are* in Christ, we are called to **put on the whole armor of God** (Ephesians 6:10-18) and resist the devil, knowing he *must* flee (James 4:7). We are also to walk in holiness, for **Psalm 34:15-17** tells us, *"Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry... Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles."* Sin invites the enemy’s influence, but repentance and obedience invite God’s shield.
Now, let us pray together for you and those you’ve lifted up:

Father, if there is any unconfessed sin or area of compromise in their lives, convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Lead them to repentance, that they may walk in righteousness and dwell under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1). Strengthen their faith, Lord, that they may stand firm against the devil’s lies, knowing *greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world* (1 John 4:4).
We bind every spirit of fear, oppression, or harm in Jesus’ name, and we declare Your peace—*the peace that surpasses all understanding*—to guard their hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7). Let them rest in the assurance that You, O Lord, are their fortress, their deliverer, and their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
For those who do not yet know You, Father, we pray they would encounter the saving power of Jesus Christ today. Open their eyes to their need for a Savior, and draw them into Your kingdom of light. May they call upon Your name and be saved (Romans 10:13).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
