We lift up this urgent cry for protection with heavy hearts, standing in the gap for your child and all who may be suffering harm. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare that no weapon formed against your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, God will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Father, we rebuke every spirit of violence, oppression, and fear in Jesus' mighty name. We command the abuse to cease immediately—let every hand raised in harm be stayed, every voice that speaks destruction be silenced, and every plan of the enemy against this child be thwarted. You are a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). Surround your child with Your holy angels, Lord, and let Your presence be a shield around him (Psalm 3:3). Give him courage, strength, and wisdom to seek help and safety.
We also pray for the abuser—that their heart would be convicted by the Holy Spirit, leading them to repentance and transformation. If they do not know You, Lord, draw them to salvation through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which they can be saved (Acts 4:12). If this is a pattern of sin, break the cycle, Father, and let Your light expose the darkness.
For your child, we ask for healing—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Restore what has been stolen, bind up his wounds, and let him know that he is deeply loved by You. Guide him to godly mentors, safe places, and resources that will help him walk in freedom. Remind him that he is not alone, for You are with him always (Matthew 28:20).
We stand on Your promise that vengeance belongs to You, Lord, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). We trust in Your justice and Your mercy. Strengthen this family, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You hear us and will act on behalf of the helpless. Amen.
