We hear your cry for protection and justice, and we stand with you in fervent prayer. The safety and well-being of your son are of utmost importance, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before the throne of God. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare His protection over your son and all who are vulnerable to harm.
Father God, we come before You with hearts grieving over the abuse and danger that Your precious child is facing. Your Word tells us that You are a shield to those who take refuge in You (Proverbs 30:5). We ask that You intervene in this situation, Lord. Surround this young one with Your angels, that no harm may come near him (Psalm 91:11). Break the chains of abuse, O God, and bring justice to those who perpetrate such evil. Let Your light expose the darkness, and let Your righteousness prevail.
We rebuke the spirit of violence and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this cycle of abuse must end, and we pray for the restoration of all who have been harmed. Father, heal the wounds—both seen and unseen—that this child carries. Pour out Your comfort and peace upon him, and let him know that he is deeply loved by You.
We also lift up those who are in positions to help—teachers, authorities, family members, and friends. Give them wisdom and courage to act on behalf of the innocent. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24). We pray for repentance and transformation in the hearts of those who harm others, that they may turn from their ways and seek Your forgiveness.
Lord, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We trust in Your faithfulness and ask that You move mightily in this situation. Strengthen this family with hope and perseverance as they wait on You. Remind them that You are their defender and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is power in His name alone. May Your will be done, and may Your glory be revealed in this situation. Amen.
