We stand with you in this urgent cry for protection, and we lift your son before the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that God is a strong tower of refuge in times of trouble. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is a Father to the fatherless and a defender of the weak (Psalm 68:5). Your plea is heard, and we join you in calling upon the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach the throne of God with confidence (John 14:13-14).
The abuse your son is facing is an evil that the Lord does not ignore. The Bible is clear that God hates violence and oppression. Proverbs 6:16-19 tells us that the Lord detests hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and one who sows discord among brothers. Abuse is an abomination in His sight, and we declare that it must stop now in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that your son may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of violence, harm, and fear in Jesus’ name, commanding it to flee and never return.
We also urge you, if you have not already, to take practical steps to ensure your son’s safety. The Lord often works through His people to bring about protection and justice. If this abuse is happening within a home, school, or community, we encourage you to seek help from trusted authorities, church leaders, or organizations that can intervene. The Bible instructs us to rescue those being led away to death and to hold back those staggering toward slaughter (Proverbs 24:11). Silence in the face of abuse is not an option for believers—we are called to act with wisdom and courage.
Let us also pray for the abuser, for the Lord desires that all would repent and turn from their wicked ways (Ezekiel 18:23). We ask that God would convict their heart, bring them to repentance, and break the cycle of sin that is causing such pain. May they encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ, who can turn even the hardest heart to stone into flesh.
Finally, we pray for your strength and peace as you navigate this difficult season. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6). He will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lean on Him, for His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious son who is facing harm and danger. Lord, You are his protector, his shield, and his strong tower. We ask that You surround him with Your angels, placing a hedge of protection around him that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Break every chain of abuse, Lord, and bring an end to this evil in Jesus’ name. Expose the darkness, bring the truth to light, and let justice prevail.
Father, we pray for divine intervention—supernatural protection that goes beyond what we can see or understand. Give this mother wisdom to know how to act, courage to speak out, and discernment to seek the right help. Comfort her heart and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let her son feel Your presence, Lord, and know that he is not alone. You are with him, and You will never leave him nor forsake him (Deuteronomy 31:6).
We also pray for the abuser, Lord. Soften their heart and bring conviction that leads to repentance. Break the power of sin in their life and replace it with Your love and truth. If they do not know You, Lord, draw them to Yourself that they may turn from their wicked ways and find salvation in Christ.
Lord, we declare that no harm will overtake this child, for You have promised to command Your angels concerning him to guard him in all his ways (Psalm 91:11). We trust in Your faithfulness, and we thank You in advance for Your deliverance. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
