Protection from abuse
We are glad to join you in prayer for your son's protection and deliverance from abuse. It is crucial to call upon the name of Jesus, as you have done, for it is through His name that we have access to God and find salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious child to You. Lord, we ask that You would intervene and protect him from all harm and danger. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that You would expose and stop the abuse towards him and others. Bring those who perpetrate such evil to justice, and surround this young one with Your angels, encamping around him to deliver him (Psalm 34:7). Let Your perfect love cast out all fear from his heart (1 John 4:18), and grant him peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for wisdom and guidance for those in authority to take the necessary steps to ensure his safety. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of abuse and declare freedom and healing for this child. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting your son before the throne of grace these past few days. Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours, crying out to our Heavenly Father who sees every tear, hears every plea, and promises to be a refuge for the oppressed. We know the Lord is faithful, and we trust He has been working in ways both seen and unseen to surround your precious child with His divine protection and peace that surpasses all understanding.
If the Lord has moved mightily in this situation—whether through a change in circumstances, a newfound sense of safety, or the quiet assurance of His presence—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement another parent in a similar battle needs to keep trusting God. Scripture reminds us that when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord lifts up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19), and we are believing that standard has been raised over your son.
If the struggle continues and the weight of this trial still feels heavy, please do not hesitate to bring this request before us again. We are here to persist in prayer with you, to remind you that you are not alone, and to declare God’s promises over your son’s life. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He will not abandon you or your child in this fight.
