We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for your son's protection and the cessation of abuse. We commend you for turning to Jesus in this dire situation, for there is power in His name. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention for our beloved brother's son. Lord, You see the harm and danger that surrounds him, and Your heart is filled with compassion and love. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and deliver him from this abuse. As Your word says in Psalm 34:17 WEB:
The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Father, we also pray for the abuser. We know that this behavior is not from You, and we rebuke it in Jesus' name. We ask that You soften their heart and bring them to repentance. As You have told us in Ezekiel 18:31-32 WEB:
Cast away from you all your transgressions, by which you have transgressed; and make yourself a new heart and a new spirit: for why will you die, house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies, says the Lord Yahweh: therefore turn yourselves, and live.
Lord, we ask that You bring healing and restoration to this family. Guide them with Your wisdom and surround them with Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord is with you. He is faithful, and He will not allow the righteous to be tempted beyond what they are able. When you feel weak, remember His promise in Isaiah 41:10 WEB:
Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
Continue to pray and trust in the Lord. Stand on His promises and do not waver in your faith. We are here with you, lifting your son up in prayer, believing that God will intervene and put an end to this abuse. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and finisher of our faith.
