We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and protection for your son. Let us approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that God cares for your son and desires to help you both.
Firstly, we praise God for your faith in Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we have access to God. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. And, as it is only in His name, we can approach the throne of grace boldly in our time of need. This is why we pray in Jesus' name.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear son to you. You tell us in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." We cry out to you, Lord, on behalf of this child, asking for your divine protection and intervention.
Lord Jesus, you love and care for children, as we see in Matthew 19:14, "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'" We ask that you manifest your love and care for this child, protect him from all harm and danger, and stop the abuse towards him and others. We ask this for him and the others in Jesus' name.
We pray for the one who is causing harm. We pray that you will change their heart, Lord, and bring them to a place of repentance. As you said in Ezekiel 33:11, "As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn you, turn you from your evil ways; for why will you die?" Lord, we ask that you turn this person from their evil ways and bring them to new life in Christ.
We also pray for guidance and wisdom for the authorities involved. Lord, give them discernment and direction as they handle this situation. We ask that you thwart the plans of the evil-doer and bring justice and relief for the victims.
Finally, Lord, we pray for healing and restoration for this dear child. Show him your love and goodness, and bring him through this trial with a stronger faith and a deeper knowledge of you and your saving grace. We ask for this in Jesus' name. Amen
We encourage you to continue to pray and trust in God. He is faithful, and he hears the cries of his children. Stand strong in your faith, and know that God is with you and your son. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
If there are authorities involved, continue to work with them, trusting that God can use them to bring justice and protection. If not, consider seeking help from local authorities or agencies that can assist in this situation. God can use them to bring intervention and protection. In addition, you should know that Romans 13:4 tells us that the authority does not bear the sword in vain and is a minister of God for good.
Remember also the words of Psalm 9:9, "Yahweh will be a refuge for the oppressed; a refuge in times of trouble." Trust in God, and know that he is your refuge and strength in this time of need.
Stand strong in your faith, and continue to pray and seek God's will in this situation. We are here with you in prayer, trusting that God will hear and answer according to your faith in Jesus' name.
