We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for protection over you and your family—especially your dear mother. The world is filled with unseen spiritual battles, sickness, and the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we stand firm in the truth that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against your household in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He alone is our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2).
Father, we declare Your promises over this family today. We plead the blood of Jesus over their lives, their home, their health, and their minds. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of sickness, fear, and bad news, and we loose Your healing, peace, and divine protection in its place. Lord, surround them with Your angels, as You have promised in Psalm 91:11-12, that they may not even dash their foot against a stone. Shield their ears from harmful words, their bodies from disease, and their hearts from anxiety.
We also lift up your elderly mother before You, Lord. You have promised to satisfy her with long life and show her Your salvation (Psalm 91:16). Strengthen her body, guard her mind, and fill her days with Your presence. Let her know that even in her later years, she is precious in Your sight (Isaiah 46:4).
We must also address the mention of "###" in this request. While we understand the desire to emphasize urgency, we encourage you to place your trust fully in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father and the protection we seek. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and protection. We stand in the gap for this family today, declaring that no evil shall befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We cancel every assignment of the enemy against them and command every spirit of sickness, fear, and bad news to flee in Jesus’ name. Lord, fill their home with Your peace, their hearts with Your joy, and their bodies with Your strength. We trust in You alone, our ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Guard their steps, their health, and their minds, and let Your glory be their rear guard (Isaiah 58:8). We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Hold fast to God’s Word, for it is your shield and buckler. Do not be afraid of the terror by night or the arrow that flies by day (Psalm 91:5-6). Walk in faith, knowing that God is your protector, and nothing can snatch you out of His hand (John 10:28). If fear or anxiety creeps in, remember that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). Stand on His promises, and let your heart be steadfast, trusting in the Lord (Psalm 112:7).
