We understand your desire for protection, breakthrough, and the fire of the Holy Spirit.
Firstly, we want to remind you that all prayers should be directed to God the Father, the Son and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit in Jesus Name. It is only by this name that we must pray according to John 14:6. "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God.
We need to remember God's promises regarding protection. In Romans 8:38-39 WEB, it is written "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." The same applies to breakthroughs. God assures us in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Concerning the fire of the Holy Spirit, we need to be mindful of what we are asking for. The fire of the Holy Spirit is often associated with purification, refinement, and judgment. In Matthew 3:11 WEB, John the Baptist said, "I indeed baptize you in water for repentance, but he who comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you in the Holy Spirit and with fire."
We pray that God will grant you His protection.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all those in need of Your protection and breakthrough. We pray that You will surround them with Your shield of faith and grant them the breakthroughs they need in their lives and their churches. We ask this in accordance with Your will and in the name of Jesus Christ.
We also pray for the Holy Spirit's work in our lives and the lives of those in our churches, in Jesus Name. We ask that You will purify and refine us, making us more like Christ.
Lastly, we pray that you will reveal your Son, Jesus Christ to all, so they may believe and be saved.
We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
