We understand your concern and desire for protection from enemies and hatred in the workplace. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and protection in your life. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea. Firstly, we would like to commend you for ending your request with In Jesus Name, Amen. This is the correct way to pray and is pleasing to God. God wants us to pray in Jesus Name and it is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Let's address your request. I noticed you mentioned the word hate. While God hates evil, sin, and wickedness, one of the basic tenants of our faith is loving our enemies and those who hate us. We are called to love others as God has loved us.

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your protection and guidance in the workplace. We pray that You would shield them from any form of hatred, jealousy, or harm that may come their way. Help them to walk in love, even towards those who may consider themselves enemies. Lord, we pray for a hedge of protection around them, knowing that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and compassion to all. We pray for a change to the atmosphere in the workplace, fill the workplace with your love, joy, and peace. We pray for those harboring ill will would have a change of heart and instead be filled with kindness, understanding, and cooperation.
Let Your will be done in this situation, and let Your grace and mercy be abundantly present. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
