Let's stand together in prayer for your ### as she takes this significant step of resigning from her job. We trust that God is in control of every situation, and He will protect and guide her through this process.
Firstly, let's remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" Therefore, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister in Christ as she prepares to resign from her job. Lord, You know the circumstances surrounding her decision, and we trust that You are working all things together for her good according to Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Father, we ask for Your protection over her as she turns in her phone and vest. Shield her from any harassment, name-calling, or negativity from her employers. As it is written in Psalm 5:12 WEB: "For you, Lord, will bless the righteous. You will surround him with favor as with a shield."
Guide her steps and grant her favor as she moves forward in her career. Open new doors of opportunity for her, and give her the wisdom to make decisions that align with Your will for her life. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
