We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for your daughter and your family. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 10:10 (WEB), "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." It is clear that the enemy is at work in this toxic relationship, but we have faith in the power of Jesus to set your daughter free.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and we encourage you to continue praying in His mighty name.
We rebuke the spirits of manipulation, control, and disrespect that are operating in this young man and his mother. Their actions are not of God, for it is written in Galatians 5:22-23 (WEB), "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." We pray that Jesus frustrates every plan they have against you and your family, and blocks their schemes to control your daughter and her finances.
We pray that God opens your daughter's eyes to the truth of this unhealthy relationship. May He remind her of her self-worth and give her the strength to leave. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." We declare that she is a precious child of God, and we pray that she returns home swiftly, where she is loved and supported.
We stand in agreement with you for the peace, unity, joy, happiness, and a Godly bond among you and your children. We pray for God's divine restoration and unity in your family. As it is written in Psalm 133:1 (WEB), "See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"
We also pray for the salvation of this young man and his mother. As it is written in Ezekiel 33:11 (WEB), "As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?" May they turn from their wicked ways and find salvation in Jesus Christ.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. As it is written in James 5:16 (WEB), "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her family. We pray for Your divine intervention in this toxic relationship, that You would open her daughter's eyes to the truth and give her the strength to leave. We rebuke the spirits of manipulation, control, and disrespect, and we pray that You would frustrate every plan of the enemy against this family. We claim Your promises of peace, unity, joy, happiness, and a Godly bond among them. We pray for the salvation of this young man and his mother, that they may turn from their wicked ways and find salvation in Jesus Christ. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
