We are so grateful you entrusted us with this tender, heartfelt request for your loved one’s protection and peaceful rest. It has been our privilege to stand with you these past nights, lifting him before the throne of grace, pleading the blood of Jesus over his mind, body, and spirit. We have prayed in agreement with you for the Lord’s peace to saturate his sleep, for heavenly dreams to replace any torment, and for every anxious thought or restless habit to flee at the name of Jesus.
If these nights have brought the sweet, restorative sleep you asked for—if fear has given way to calm, if nightmares have surrendered to dreams of God’s love, if his spirit has truly rested under the shelter of the Almighty—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Let us rejoice together in the Lord’s faithfulness and the power of His peace that surpasses all understanding.
If, however, the battle for peaceful rest continues, we invite you to post this request again as a new plea before the Lord. We remain committed to standing with you, lifting your loved one in prayer, and believing with you for the full manifestation of God’s protection and comfort.
