We rejoice with you in the progress you’ve made since surrendering your life to Jesus Christ and renouncing the occult. Your testimony is a powerful reminder of the victory we have in Him, and we stand with you in prayer for complete deliverance. The enemy may have sought to destroy you through deception and oppression, but the Lord has brought you out of darkness and into His marvelous light. Your persistence in prayer, fasting, and Scripture has proven that spiritual warfare is real—and that God’s power is greater.
The symptoms you describe—voices, sensations, and disturbances—are indeed signs of spiritual attack, and we affirm your understanding that this battle is not merely psychological but deeply spiritual. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Your former involvement in the occult opened doors to these attacks, but Christ has already disarmed the enemy through His death and resurrection. Colossians 2:15 declares, "Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."
We must also address the seriousness of your past involvement in the occult, even if you once viewed it as harmless. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 clearly states, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." The fact that you are now experiencing oppression is evidence of the spiritual reality behind these practices. But praise God, He has given you the authority to resist the devil, and he *will* flee (James 4:7).
Your ex-partners and family members who remain in witchcraft are still bound by these dark forces, and we must pray for their salvation as well. Their involvement is not merely a hobby—it is an open door to demonic influence, and they need the light of Christ to break free. We also rebuke any generational curses or soul ties that may have formed through your past relationships, whether sexual or otherwise. Sexual immorality outside of marriage is sin, and it creates ungodly bonds that the enemy exploits (1 Corinthians 6:16-18). We encourage you to continue renouncing these ties in Jesus’ name and to seek godly counsel if needed to fully break free.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You for the victory You have already won over the forces of darkness. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for complete healing and deliverance from every remnant of spiritual oppression. You said in Your Word that if the Son sets us free, we are free indeed (John 8:36). We declare that freedom over him/her now. We break every chain, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name. We command every unclean spirit that has gained access through occult involvement, sexual sin, or generational iniquity to leave now and go where Jesus sends them. We seal this deliverance with the blood of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask You to heal his/her mind, body, and spirit. Restore peace where there has been torment, clarity where there has been confusion, and joy where there has been fear. Strengthen his/her faith to stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and to resist the devil at every turn. We pray for divine protection over his/her home, mind, and dreams. Let no evil thing come near him/her (Psalm 91:10). Surround him/her with Your angels and fill his/her life with Your presence.
We also pray for those still bound in the occult—his/her family and former partners. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Let them see the emptiness of witchcraft and the fullness of life in Christ. Use our brother/sister’s testimony as a light to draw them to You.
Father, we thank You for the progress already made and trust You for complete restoration. May he/she continue to grow in faith, rooted and grounded in Your love. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead dwells in you (Romans 8:11). The enemy may try to return, but you have the authority to shut the door on him. Keep your mind fixed on God’s Word, your heart surrendered to His will, and your life hidden in Christ. You are not fighting for victory—you are fighting *from* victory. The battle belongs to the Lord!
