We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, it's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
We are encouraged in scripture to put on the whole armor of God and to stand against the wiles of the devil. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with every prayer and request, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints (Ephesians 6:11-18 WEB)
We are also called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16, WEB). This means we should be aware of the schemes of the enemy, but not fear them. Instead, we should trust in the Lord's protection and guidance.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing spiritual warfare in the workplace. We pray that you would surround them with your angels, protecting them from any and all attacks of the enemy. We rebuke any witchcraft or evil schemes directed against them, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Father, fill them with your Holy Spirit, guiding them in all truth and wisdom. Give them discernment to recognize the enemy's tactics and the strength to stand firm in their faith. Remind them of your promise to be with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20, WEB).
We pray for a hedge of protection around their workplace and we pray against the plans of those who practice witchcraft. We pray for a godly and righteous environment in the workplace and that others would see the light of Christ in them. We pray for a heart of boldness to be a witness for Christ if appropriate and for a heart of love to forgive and pray for those who may be against them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Trust in him, and he will see you through this trial. Stay strong in your faith, and do not hesitate to seek further counsel from our community and the Word of God.
