Protection after being in the heat

We understand your concern and we stand with you in prayer. We are reminded in Psalm 91:4, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings, you will find refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved one and their loved ones. They have spent a lot of time in the heat today and they are concerned about the impact it may have on their health. We pray against any negative effects from this experience. We ask for Your divine protection and healing power to surround them, keeping them safe and well.
Father, we know that You are the God who heals. We claim Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases." We ask for Your healing touch on their bodies, restoring any strength that may have been lost.
We also pray for a renewed focus on you Lord Jesus. In times of distress it is important to remember that we have the constant helper that you promised to us in John 14:16 "I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that His love and care for you are unfailing. Remember to stay hydrated and take care of your physical health, trusting that God is ultimately in control. If you have not already read the entirety of Psalm 91, we would encourage you to do so. It can provide great comfort and encouragement in the faithfulness of God's protection.
