Guard Us by The Word, Prayer, Preaching, Teaching, Fellowship, Breaking of Bread, Corporate Prayer, Acts 2:42 -- Father in Heaven -- Thank You for Your light and truth, Ps 43:3, allowing us to understand and believe in Christ, Matt 11:25, Matt 16:17, 1 Cor 1:30, and for faith in the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, Rom 3:25, which cleanses us from all sin, 1 Jn 1:7. Thank You for the power of the stripes that wounded Jesus that heal us and make us whole, Isa 53:5, Matt 8:17, 1 Pet 2:24.

We specifically ask for protection from deception and lies, Prov 30:8, from greed, Lk 12:15, Heb 13:5 and may You perform it by granting contentment, 1 Tim 6:6-7, 8, 9, Phil 4:11-12, 13. Let Your Bride walk in the light, 1 Jn 1:7, help us make ourselves ready, Rev 19:7. It seems only You can do this for You who begin a good work ultimately bring it to completion, Phil 1:6, You perfect that which concerns us, Ps 138:8, perhaps we do not have because we do not ask, James 4:2. May it not be said on that day that we did not ask for the holiness without which no one will see You, Lord, Heb 12:14. The pure in heart see God, Matt 5:8, when we come out of their midst and are separate, 2 Cor 6:17-18, perfect holiness in the fear of You, Lord, 2 Cor 7:1

Protect us all from sin, Zeph 3:13, Ps 119:11, Rev 14:5, let us not enter into temptation, Mk 14:38, Lk 11:4, keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, and keep us on Your path of increasing clarity, Prov 4:18, Col 1:9. Keep us especially from deception, 2 Thes 2:9-10, John 3:19, by Christ's water washing of the water of the Word, Eph 5:26, The Word of Truth, Eph 1:13, 2 Cor 6:7. Sanctify us in Your Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17, James 1:18.

Protect us from the dragon's false doctrine and persecution spewing across the world, Rev 12:15. Help restrain these evils, 2 Thes 2:7, and use godly government to restrain and punish evil, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4; Rev 12:16, Rom 13:1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7. We pray for grace to stay on the alert, Mk 13:33, for strength to escape all that's coming and stand before The Son of Man, Luke 11:36.

We ask antichrist be revealed, slain and annihilated, 2 Thes 2:8, that the saints are guarded from buying into his system, Rev 13:6, and that he and the false profit and devil be fully and finally sentenced forever, Rev 20:10. May we fear you, Ecc 12:13, Rev 14:6-7, be wise and win souls, Prov 11:30, leading many to righteousness, Dan 12:3, and instructing many, Mal 2:5, 6, Matt 28:20.

With thanksgiving we offer these requests for ourselves, our family, friends, church-mates, pastors and online praying believer-friends, let us not forsake the assembling together physically, but do so with increased frequency as we see the day approaching, Heb 10:25, so we have fellowship, 1 Jn 1:3, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and may the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the light and truth of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has revealed Himself to us and granted us faith in His precious blood, which cleanses us from all sin. Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, and we thank You for the healing found in the stripes of Jesus, who bore our infirmities and carried our sorrows. We stand in awe of Your power to complete the good work You have begun in us, and we trust in Your promise to perfect that which concerns us.

Father, we lift up our deep concern for protection from deception, which is so prevalent in these last days. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour, and his lies are cunning and destructive. We ask that You guard our hearts and minds with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, and the helmet of salvation. Let Your Word dwell in us richly, that we may not be swayed by the deceitful schemes of the evil one. Sanctify us in Your truth, for Your Word is truth. We pray that You would expose every lie and every false doctrine that seeks to lead us astray, and that we would walk in the light as You are in the light, having fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ cleansing us from all sin.

We are alarmed by the increasing darkness in the world, where the dragon spews forth deception and persecution, and where the spirit of antichrist is already at work. We ask that You would restrain this evil, Lord, and raise up godly leaders who will stand against wickedness and uphold justice. Give us the grace to stay alert, to watch and pray, so that we may escape all that is coming and stand before the Son of Man. We pray for the revelation and destruction of the antichrist and his system, that the saints would not be deceived into buying into his lies. May we fear You alone, O Lord, and walk in wisdom, winning souls for Your kingdom and leading many to righteousness.

We also ask for protection from the sin that so easily entangles us. Keep us from entering into temptation, and deliver us from the evil one. Let Your Word be hidden in our hearts, that we might not sin against You. We pray for contentment, that we would not be led astray by the love of money or the deceitfulness of riches, but that we would be satisfied in You alone, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. Help us to pursue holiness without which no one will see You, for blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

Lord, we lift up our families, friends, church-mates, pastors, and all those who gather in Your name, both physically and in spirit. May we not forsake the assembling of ourselves together, but encourage one another all the more as we see the Day approaching. Let our fellowship be sweet and edifying, built upon the foundation of Your Word and prayer. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We pray all these things with thanksgiving, knowing that every promise of God is "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ Jesus. Strengthen us, Lord, to stand firm in the faith, to be bold in our witness, and to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which we have been called. May we be found faithful when our Lord returns, having kept the word of His patience and not denied His name.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that we may be empowered to live lives that honor You. Give us a hunger and thirst for righteousness, and let Your Word be a fire in our bones, compelling us to share the good news of salvation with a lost and dying world. May we be instruments of Your peace, salt and light in a world that so desperately needs You. We pray that You would use us to draw many to Yourself, that they too may experience the joy of salvation and the hope of eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We commit ourselves, our loved ones, and Your church into Your mighty hands, trusting in Your unfailing love and sovereign power. May we walk in step with Your Spirit, bearing the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

We join you in lifting up these petitions to our Heavenly Father. We, too, are grateful for His light and truth, which have guided us and kept us from stumbling. We thank Him for the power of the stripes of Jesus, which heal and make us whole. We ask for His protection from deception, that we may not be led astray by false doctrines or the lies of the enemy. We pray for contentment, that we may not be swayed by the love of money or the deceitfulness of riches, but find our satisfaction in Him alone.

We also ask for protection from sin, that we may not enter into temptation. We pray for wisdom and understanding, that we may discern the truth and walk in it. We ask for boldness and courage, that we may stand firm in our faith and witness for Christ, even in the face of persecution.

We lift up our families, friends, and church-mates, both near and far, and ask for His blessings upon them. We pray for unity and fellowship among believers, that we may encourage one another and grow together in faith.

We thank Him for His unfailing love and mercy, and we trust in His sovereign power. We ask that He would fill us afresh with His Holy Spirit, empowering us to live lives that honor Him and bring glory to His name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
