Young and adult children, "All Our Children shall be taught of the LORD," Isa 54:13...

Father, we thank You AGAIN for Christ Our Good Shepherd, The Lord Jesus, John 10:11. We ask PROTECTION for them, thank You for these precious youngsters, that You care for us, even ALL OUR CHILDREN and EXTENDED FAMILY, Comforting them with Your Rod and Staff, keeping them from fear, Ps 23:1-6, Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. JESUS, Take care of Your little ones, comfort and feed them and us, for You have given us a Shepherd after Our Father's Heart, even Jesus, so kindly FEED THEM on wisdom and knowledge, Jer 3:15.

Give Your angels charge over my youngster, his cousins, and the family's "nieces and nephews," friends, parents, uncles, aunts and babysitters -- even all the children of those that congregate here, pray and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:9-16, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our children, our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, Acts 20:28. Thank You for "mothers in Israel," and dads on here, who are on guard for not only themselves, but especially for the young ones from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, even if they are "clergy" or "ministers," Strengthen and heal any hurt youth, and give them all in the faith needed for intercession long-term (some of us are believing for YOUR protection remotely for OUR little ones) with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18, even NOW shed the love of God abroad in their hearts by The Holy Spirit, Rom 5:5.

Be near (The ANGEL of THE LORD CAMPS ALL AROUND those who FEAR HIM, Ps 34:7) the little ones AND bind those wicked people in evil who are in need of deliverance, binding the enemy NOW, in the AUTHORITY of JESUS, Matt 28:18, until the proper time of deliverance by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw them, us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30.

Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12, work EVERYTHING together for good, Rom 8:28, according to the counsel of YOUR WILL, Eph 1:11. WE submit to GOD, resist the devil and it is written, "He will flee from us," James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9, from demoniacs, Mark 16:15-17, from all, since the church YOU built on WHO YOU ARE AS THE MESSIAH will always prevail over the gates of hell, Matt 16:17-18. We pray the armor of God on this one, even now, keep their eyes from seeing, hearing or speaking evil, and their minds AND bodies to be KEPT FROM THE EVIL ONE AND EVIL PEOPLE, 2 Tim 3:13, 2 Thes 3:2, "See to it you do not cause one of these little ones to stumble for it would be better to be drowned with a millstone," Matt 10:42, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, "SEE TO IT YOU DO NOT DESPISE even ONE of these LITTLE ONES, for I (Jesus The Risen King) say to you their angels ALWAYS see the Face of Our Father," Matt 18:10. We join with you in lifting up all our children before the throne of grace and we say amen to your cry for their protection, for the Lord Himself has placed such a high value on the little ones.

We agree that it would be better for a millstone to be hung around one's neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones to stumble as it is written in Luke 17:2, and that we are not to despise one of these little ones for their angels in heaven always see the face of our Father who is in heaven as Jesus says in Matt 18:10. How precious they are to Him. We also claim the promise that from infancy they may know the holy Scriptures which are able to make them wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15, and that all our children shall be taught by the Lord and great shall be the peace of our children, Isa 54:13.

We thank our Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep, John 10:11, and we rest in His care. We cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us, 1 Pet 5:7, and we know His sheep hear His voice and He knows them and they follow Him, John 10:27. We are indeed Your people and the sheep of Your pasture, Ps 100:3, and we declare with the psalmist that the Lord is our shepherd we shall not want, Ps 23:1, for He will feed His flock like a shepherd, He will gather the lambs in His arm and carry them in His bosom, Isa 40:11.

We pray together now for every youngster, every cousin, niece and nephew, every child in our extended families and in the households of faith who gather with us.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Shepherd. We thank You for the gift of children and for making us and the children You have given us for signs and wonders in Israel, Isa 8:18. We ask that You give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways, that they bear them up in their hands, Ps 91:11-12, and that the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear You and delivers them, Ps 34:7. We ask that You keep their eyes from seeing evil and their ears from hearing evil and guard their minds and bodies from the evil one and from evil people, 2 Thess 3:3. Put the whole armor of God upon them, Eph 6:11, that they may stand against the schemes of the devil.

We ask that You shepherd them with Your rod and staff and comfort them, Ps 23:4, and that You feed them with wisdom and knowledge through shepherds after Your own heart, Jer 3:15. Shed abroad Your love in their hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us, Rom 5:5, and strengthen them with power through Your Spirit in the inner person that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith, to know the width and length and height and depth of Your love, Eph 3:17-18.

Lord, we submit ourselves to You and resist the devil knowing he will flee from us, James 4:7, and we stand firm in the faith. We bind the work of the enemy in the authority given to Jesus, to whom all authority has been given in heaven and on earth, Matt 28:18, and we ask that You would bring deliverance to those bound in wickedness and draw them and all who are weary and heavy laden to Jesus that they may find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-29. Heal any youth who has been hurt by wolves, for You have warned that savage wolves will come in among us not sparing the flock, Acts 20:29, and that evil men and impostors will grow worse, deceiving and being deceived, 2 Tim 3:13. We ask You to expose and restrain such men and to heal the wounded.

We thank You that Jesus will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord His God and they will live securely, Micah 5:4, and that there shall be one flock and one shepherd as those other sheep hear His voice, John 10:16. Work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose, Rom 8:28, and for the furtherance of the Good News, Phil 1:12, according to the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11.

We thank You in advance, believing that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we shall receive, Mark 11:24. Keep our children taught of You, kept by You, and secure in the hand of the Good Shepherd from whom no one can snatch them, John 10:28. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how deeply you love these children, yours and those around you, young and grown, and how faithfully you are lifting them before the Lord. Thank you for sharing that burden with us. We are joining you in asking for His nearness, comfort and keeping over each one by name, and for wisdom for you and the other parents and grandparents who watch over them.

What you described about wanting them to know the Lord from their youth and to be taught by Him over a lifetime reminds us that growth in faith is more like training for a long race than a single moment of trying hard. Small, steady practices done in love, a short prayer together, time in the Word, singing, gathering with other believers, have a quiet, lasting effect over years. You do not have to carry this all at once. God is patient as He forms young hearts, and He honors the faithful, everyday care you are already giving.

If it helps, keep one simple rhythm you can sustain, like briefly naming each child before the Lord in the evening, and invite one other trusted believer to pray that same list with you so you are not carrying it alone.

Father, we bring these children and this whole family before You. Cover them with Your care, give them peace and a growing sense of Your love, and give those who care for them wisdom, strength and rest. Draw each heart to Yourself and keep them close as Your own. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is unspeakable comfort in bringing the little ones to the Good Shepherd in prayer, and your supplication is heard by Him who said, Suffer the little children to come unto me.

The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want, is music that came from David's heart and it belongs also to every lamb of the flock. He makes us to lie down in green pastures, He leads beside the still waters, He restores the soul. With gratitude we may write it down for a certainty, The Lord is my Shepherd, and because the word good was put in the promise, He will withhold no good thing from them that walk uprightly. Spiritual mercies are not only good things but the best things, and you may well ask for them for your children and for your children's children, that they may know the holy scriptures from youth which are able to make wise unto salvation, and that they may be taught of the Lord according to that precious word, All thy children shall be taught of the Lord and great shall be the peace of thy children.

You do well to plead Psalm 91, for He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. You will always need divine and angelic keeping, for God would not have charged His angels to keep His people in all their ways if they did not need protection in all their ways. Yet take heed that we ask this keeping in appointed ways, not in ways of willfulness, but in the paths of righteousness where He leads us for His name's sake. If you are believing in the Lord Jesus Christ you are not alone, for the Lord of all the holy angels is with you and an innumerable company of blessed spirits is round about you. Take comfort from this glorious truth, and labor for the good of one another, and you shall be like the angels if you bear up the feeble ones in your hands lest they trip and fall to their grievous hurt. The angel of the Lord encamps round about them that fear Him.

Cast thy burden upon the Lord, as the Psalmist saith, for so you will escape from the temptation to flee away from the place where He would have you be. You have cast all your cares upon Him since He careth for you, and for His sheep who hear His voice. When affliction comes, it is a mercy to perceive that smarts and sorrows come from our Father's hand, for then we say, The will of the Lord be done. The Lord scourges His children but He does not slay them. It is not killing but curing that God means when He takes the sharp lancet in His hands. He will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of the Lord, and they shall dwell securely.

Let us pray together that the Lord Jesus, the Good Shepherd who laid down His life for the sheep, will keep the young ones and those of riper years, that He will feed them with wisdom and knowledge by a shepherd after His own heart, that He will restore and keep their souls, that He will put His armor upon them and keep them from the evil one and from evil men, that He will shed abroad His love in their hearts by the Holy Ghost, and that He will make them and us for signs and wonders in His Israel, to the furtherance of the gospel and according to the counsel of His will, working all things together for good. May the Lord ordain peace for you and cause you to dwell securely under His rod and His staff, till all His sheep, both of this fold and of the other sheep which are not yet of this fold, shall be one flock under one Shepherd, to the praise of His majestic Name. Your prayer for the children is heard and I join you in lifting them before the Lord Jesus, our Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep and who carries the lambs in His arms.

It is good that you cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you and for every child entrusted to you. You have asked according to the Scriptures that their angels may have charge over them and that the Angel of the Lord may encamp around those who fear Him, and this promise stands. As it is written, they shall bear you up in their hands, and their angels always see the face of the Father. The Lord Himself is with His people and He has promised to be with us always, and no one shall pluck His sheep from His hand.

Remember also what has been taught concerning the raising of children. Instill into them the fear of God from their first youth, and He will protect them better than any father. That fear will be a wall not to be broken. For when the guard is seated within the heart, outward contrivances are less needed, but where that guard is absent, all outward contrivances are vain. So teach them as the Psalm says, Come, children, hearken unto me, I will teach you the fear of the Lord, to keep the tongue from evil and to depart from evil and do good. In this way the promise is fulfilled that all your children shall be taught of the Lord, and great shall be their peace.

Therefore let us pray together that the Lord will keep these little ones, your own children and the children of your extended family and of all who gather with you, from the evil one and from evil people, from wolves and from every deceiver. May He feed them with wisdom and knowledge through Christ, shed His love abroad in their hearts by the Holy Spirit, and strengthen them to stand in the armor of God. May He comfort them with His rod and staff, keep their eyes and minds pure, heal any who have been hurt, and cause all things to work together for good and for the furtherance of the gospel.

We submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, trusting that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church which Christ builds. May the Lord cause His flock to dwell securely and to listen to the voice of the one Shepherd, until He brings in His other sheep and there is one flock. To Him be glory and honor, and may He keep you and all the children in His strength and in His great name. Amen.
