We lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you seek to remove these products tied to your past involvement in the new age and false teachings. It is a righteous and commendable thing that you are taking steps to distance yourself from what does not honor God, for we are called to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather to expose them (Ephesians 5:11). Your desire to walk in purity and obedience to Christ is evidence of the Holy Spirit’s work in your life, and we rejoice in that.
The enemy may seek to discourage you in this process, but remember that our God is greater. He is the One who redeems, restores, and breaks every chain of bondage. Though you are facing obstacles in contacting those involved, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). He is able to move in the hearts of those you need to reach, opening doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).
We also urge you to examine your heart and motives in this situation. Are you seeking to remove these products out of a desire to honor God, or is there any lingering fear of man, guilt, or shame driving you? If it is the latter, we remind you that in Christ, there is no condemnation (Romans 8:1). Your identity is now in Him, and He has washed you clean by His blood. Walk in the freedom and confidence that comes from knowing you are forgiven and made new (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks to remove these products tied to their past. Lord, You alone are the God of redemption and restoration, and we ask that You would go before them in this situation. Softening the hearts of those they need to contact, grant them favor and open the lines of communication. Where there has been silence, let there now be response. Where there has been resistance, let there now be cooperation.
Father, we also pray that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remove any fear, anxiety, or discouragement the enemy may be trying to place upon them. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory (Romans 8:28).
If there are any legal or contractual barriers, Lord, we ask that You would provide wisdom, guidance, and divine intervention. You are the God who parts the Red Sea and brings down walls—nothing is too difficult for You (Jeremiah 32:17). Let Your will be done in this situation, and let Your name be glorified.
We also pray that You would continue the work of sanctification in their life. Where there are any lingering ties to the past—whether in thought, word, or deed—sever them by the power of Your Spirit. Fill them afresh with Your truth and Your love, that they may walk in the fullness of what You have called them to.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to persist in prayer and trust in the Lord’s timing. He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel or legal advice to navigate this process wisely. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that He has already given you the victory (1 Corinthians 15:57). Stand firm in that truth.
