If there is any deception involved in the residency requirements—such as falsifying your address to keep your children in this district—we urge you to repent and seek the Lord’s wisdom in how to proceed rightly. **Proverbs 11:1** tells us, *"The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him."* And **Proverbs 12:22** says, *"The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy."* If you are indeed living within the district, then trust the Lord to vindicate you as you provide the necessary proof. If not, we pray you will seek His guidance on how to move forward in truth, even if it means a change of schools. He is faithful to provide for His children, and sometimes His will involves stepping out in obedience, even when it is difficult.
For your daughter’s health and the mistreatment she is facing from her PE teacher, we are grieved to hear of this injustice. The Lord sees her struggle and calls us to act with compassion, especially toward those who are weak or suffering. **James 5:11** reminds us that *"the Lord is full of compassion and mercy,"* and we pray that this teacher’s heart would be softened.
