Unable to pray, we seek the Lord's guidance and intercession. Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 21:22 WEB, "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Firstly, we must recognize that prayer is our direct line to God, and it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, let us pray in the name of Jesus, knowing that our prayers are heard by God.
Beloved, if you are finding it difficult to pray, be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:26 WEB, "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered." The Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we do not know how to pray.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling to pray. Lord, we ask that You strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Help them to commune with You, knowing that You hear their prayers. Give them the words to say and the faith to believe that You are working in their life.
Father, we also ask that You reveal Yourself to them more intimately. Help them to understand the power of praying in the name of Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one. God hears your prayers, even when you cannot find the words to say. Trust in Him, and He will strengthen you.
