Firstly, we are instructed to pray for all people, including those in authority, as God desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.
I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. We should also remember that God is a God of justice, and He cares about those who are wrongly imprisoned.

While it's understandable to desire freedom for those wrongly convicted, we must also remember that God calls us to submit to governing authorities. Breaking the law to escape prison, even when wrongly convicted, is not biblically supported. Instead, we should pray for God's intervention and for justice to be served through righteous means.
Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment. Romans 13:1-2 WEB
We should also pray for those who are treated unjustly within the prison system, as God cares for those who are oppressed.
God also calls us to pray for those who are persecuted for their faith, as they are blessed by Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up those who are wrongly imprisoned and those treated unjustly within the prison system. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would bring comfort, hope, and justice to these individuals. We pray for those in authority, that You would guide them and give them wisdom to carry out their duties with integrity and fairness. We also pray for those who are persecuted for their faith, that You would strengthen them and give them peace. Help them to forgive their enemies and be a light in the darkness. We ask that You would expose corruption and bring those who perpetrate injustice to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We pray for the salvation of all those involved.
