Father, we rebuke any spiritual forces of darkness that are at work behind this plan. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we bind every deceitful spirit, every spirit of corruption, and every force that seeks to bring harm to this area. We declare that no weapon formed against this community shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment shall be condemned (**Isaiah 54:17**).
