We understand that you are seeking prayer for your house to be registered in your name and for good health. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and our health. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. Therefore, we should seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well.
However, we want to address an important aspect of prayer. We noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the father. In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Therefore, we encourage you to put faith in Jesus Christ as the only way to the father. It is in the name of Jesus that we pray and receive answers to our prayers.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who seeks your intervention. Lord, we pray for the successful registration of their house in their name. We ask that you guide them through the process, and that your favor will surround them like a shield.
We also pray for their health. Lord, you are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We ask that you touch their body, soul, and spirit, and bring healing and wholeness. We rebuke any sickness or infirmity in their body in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we also pray that they will know you personally and intimately. We pray that they will put faith in Jesus Christ as the only way to you. We ask that you will reveal yourself to them and draw them closer to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
