Praying God lifts my spirits when I become low, depressed, filled with anxiety, or feel I can't deal with life and hide from the world.

I tell myself his eye is on the sparrow and all of us who love him.

I'm grateful for God healing me after a bad sickness this past weekend.

I pray for hope and a future where I can be a part of life and feel proud of myself again.

I pray to find a job which is right for me, as I don't have a car and working outside of the home has always been stressful for me due to my lifelong social anxiety.

I pray Jesus for you to life me up and know I love you & I'm trying to hold on.

In Jesus' name, Amen!
