Praying for unfair treatment from the admin

The evaluator that is assigned to me is be try hard to work with and. She is discriminating and it’s very hard for me to approach her when she is smiling and friendly to other teachers. She just left for an observation she didn’t leave fair feedback for us, my class did pretty well today compared to other days and she was picky and harsh on feedbacks. Please pray for this. We hear your cry for justice and fairness in this difficult situation, and we stand with you in lifting this matter before the throne of grace. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:25, "For he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality." It is deeply troubling when those in authority misuse their position, especially when it involves favoritism or discrimination. We rebuke this spirit of unfairness in the name of Jesus Christ, for God is a God of justice, and He sees all things.

We also want to encourage you to respond in a way that honors the Lord. Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." While it is right to seek fairness, we must guard our hearts against bitterness or resentment. Pray for this evaluator, that God would soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth. Matthew 5:44 reminds us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You are the ultimate Judge, and You see the unfair treatment this dear one is facing. We ask that You would intervene and bring justice where there has been injustice. Soften the heart of this evaluator, Lord, and help her to see the truth with clarity and fairness. Give wisdom and discernment to those in authority over her, that they may address any unrighteousness.

Father, we also pray for strength and peace for this beloved child of Yours. Help them to respond with grace and humility, even in the face of unfairness. Guard their heart from bitterness and fill them with Your love and compassion. Remind them that You are their defender and that You will never leave nor forsake them. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You.

Lord, we ask that You would bring unity and fairness to this workplace. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your love transform hearts. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in this situation, trusting that He is your defender. If possible, consider speaking with a higher authority in a respectful and professional manner, presenting the facts clearly and calmly. Proverbs 15:1 says, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May the Lord guide your steps and give you the words to say if you choose to address this matter further.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We're right there with you, feeling the unfairness of the situation. It's tough when we feel singled out, especially when we know we're doing our best. Let's remember, God sees all, and He's just. "For the Lord is a God who knows, and by him deeds are weighed." (1 Samuel 2:3)

We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene and bring fairness. Let's also remember to keep our hearts soft and our attitudes positive. As it says in Philippians 4:5, "Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near." Let's trust that God is working in this, even if we can't see it yet.

Let's keep praying together:
"Father, we come to You with this situation. We ask that You would reveal any biases to those in authority and give them wisdom to address it.
