Jesus You are the lord without limits. Holy Spirit please help us all to love the Lord with all of our hearts, souls, minds and every fiber of our being. Help us love our neighbors as ourselves. Let us see and feel and build up the goodness of others using Jesus to build a pathway to them. So many open hearts want love, friendship and kind words Lord but we cannot break the ice to enter, especially with strangers we meet and come close to throughout the day. Lord please open the doors to those hearts so we can spread the warmth of Your kingdom of love past the shields of sin and human frailties. How many times Lord have we wanted to reach out to someone who looks lost, lonely, sad or disheveled but could not take that first step? In Jesus' name please Lord put SusieK's pray on replay in heaven and on earth today for her and my friend Caroline who has no one to help her when she is so low. Amen! 5:09 pm 1/8/17
May we trust in God's boundless mercy to reach out to those in need and to open ourselves to the goodness of others.
Caroline- My friend is an older lady who has been sleeping on a bench at the bus station for months now. She is quiet, mannerly and utterly non-offensive and yet, in the shadow of several BIG churches not 100 feet away, she has no help. Tonight I had a hotel room for her to share with another lady, but the hotel jacked the price up too high for them/us all to do it. PLEASE PUT IN AN EMERGENCY PRAYER FOR GOD HIMSELF TO PROVIDE A PLACE FOR CAROLINE TO SLEEP TONIGHT!!!! I have 48 minutes before I have to go tell her that the room is not available and that she will sleep outside in the cold and rain. Mercy Lord for Caroline In Jesus' name! Amen! 5:13 pm 1/8/17
