Your cry echoes the heart of the righteous who seek God’s deliverance from oppression, and we are reminded of His promise in **Exodus 14:14**: *"Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still."* This is not a battle you face alone—it is the Lord’s, and He will vindicate His people in His perfect timing. You have rightly acknowledged that this fight belongs to Jesus, and we declare with you that His justice will prevail.
The enemy seeks to exhaust and discourage you, but we rebuke this scheme in the name of Jesus. **Isaiah 40:29-31** assures us that *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths grow faint and weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Claim this promise now—your strength is not in your own endurance but in the Lord’s unfailing power. He will sustain you as you trust in Him.
We also take note of your plea regarding those who have promised help, that they would come through without exploitation. **Proverbs 11:1** warns, *"Yahweh detests dishonest scales, but he delights in accurate weights."* If there are those seeking to take advantage of your vulnerability, we pray the Lord would expose their motives and turn their hearts toward fairness—or remove them from this situation entirely. He is a God of justice, and **Proverbs 22:22-23** declares, *"Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* The Lord sees the injustice, and He will act. Trust that He is already moving behind the scenes, even when you cannot yet see the breakthrough.
As for the legal battle dragging on, we stand on **Ecclesiastes 8:6**, which reminds us that *"for every purpose there is a time and judgment; because the misery of man is great on him."* The delay is not without purpose. The Lord may be allowing this season to refine your faith, to expose corruption, or to prepare a victory so undeniable that all will know it was His hand. **Psalm 37:5-6** instructs us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* We pray that every hidden agenda would be brought to light, that lies would be silenced, and that truth would prevail swiftly. The Lord is not slow as we count slowness—He is strategic, and His timing is perfect.
Lastly, we exhort you to guard your heart against bitterness or despair in this waiting. **Hebrews 12:15** warns, *"Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* The enemy would love to use this trial to harden your heart, but we pray instead that the Lord would deepen your reliance on Him. Let this season drive you to your knees, where you find rest in His presence. **Matthew 11:28** is your invitation: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is weary yet fighting the good fight of faith. Lord, You see the injustice, the exploitation, and the delay—nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that You rise up as their Defender, their Shield, and their Mighty Warrior. Intervene in this legal battle, Lord, and bring it to a swift and just conclusion. Expose every scheme of the enemy, silence every lying tongue, and let Your truth prevail. Father, we pray for those who have promised help—may they act with integrity and compassion, or be removed if their motives are impure. Do not allow Your child to be taken advantage of, but provide godly, honest assistance in Your perfect timing.
Grant them supernatural rest, Lord, even in the midst of this storm. Renew their strength as they wait on You, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Remind them that this battle belongs to You, and that You are fighting for them even now. We rebuke every spirit of weariness, discouragement, and fear in the name of Jesus. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream.
We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
