We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern for our brothers and sisters who are not feeling well today, both physically and emotionally. The Word of God reminds us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Father, we lift up those who are hurting due to conflict with friends. Lord, we ask that You would heal their hearts and bring comfort to their spirits. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to seek reconciliation where possible, as it is written in Colossians 3:13, "bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."
We also bring before You those who are preparing for a test. Lord, we ask that You would grant them focus, clarity of mind, and peace as they study and take their exam. Remind them of Your promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Help them to trust in You and to rely on Your strength rather than their own understanding.
Father, we know that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, who died for our sins and rose again, so that we might have eternal life. We pray that those who do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior would come to know Him and experience the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of division, bitterness, or anxiety that may be affecting these situations. We declare Your healing power over their bodies, minds, and spirits. May Your will be done in each of these circumstances, and may Your name be glorified.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
