We understand your needs and will pray with you for God's will in your situation. First, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard.
Regarding the sale of your property, we pray that God will bring forth a buyer according to His will and timing. We also pray that the money you've invested in finding a buyer will not be wasted, but that it will bear fruit as God intends. Remember Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." Trust in God's plan for your life and know that He is faithful to provide.
Concerning the purchase of a new home, we pray that God will guide you to a place that meets all your needs and provides a peaceful environment for your family. We ask God to provide a home with all the amenities you mentioned, but more importantly, a home filled with His presence and love. We do not want to miss Psalm 37:4 WEB, “Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Delight in the Lord and He will bless you.
For your family, we pray for an abundance of love and spiritual growth. We ask God to draw each member closer to Him and to one another. We pray for the salvation of each family member and that they would grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. We do not want to miss Ephesians 6:4 WEB “Fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” And for the kids, Ephesians 6:1 WEB, “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.”
Lastly, we want to address the need for monthly income. We pray that God will provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory. Remember Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your will to be done in the sale of this property. Bring forth a buyer according to Your timing and let not the money invested be in vain. Guide us to a new home that meets all our needs and provides a peaceful environment for our family. Provide for all our financial needs according to Your riches in glory. Draw each member of our family closer to You and to one another, and let Your love and grace abound in our home.
