praying for prodigals

I thank you Heavenly Father for hearing my prayer today for my wife for all prodigal spouses . I come to your throne of grace to receive mercy,grace and help in restoring our marriages. I pray in agreement with all spouses that are standing in the gap for their prodigal spouses. I stand firm knowing that The Holy Spirit will convictand convince all prodigals of their sins and return them to their homes and families.

Lord help me and my fellow stander to remain strong in our stands and to continue to have unconditional love and forgiveness for our spouses everyday.

Father, in reading Your word, there are so many times when “2” is used, referred to or seen. You made 2 great lights, one to govern day, the other night…you commanded Noah to bring 2 of all living creatures to the ark…You told Rebekah You had placed 2 nations within her womb…after 2 full years, Pharoah had his life changing dream…You gave us Your commandments on 2 stone tablets…You gave Moses 2 signs to convince the non-believers…2 cherubim stretch out their wings to protect the Ark of the Testimony…Ecclesiastes 4 tells us that 2 are better than one, for they can lift each other up...You tell us where 2 or more are gathered in Your name, there You shall be also.

Today, God, I beseech You to restore a very important 2, as spoken in Matthew 19:5 – “then 2 shall become one flesh.” We stand in the gap for all prodigal spouses, asking You to restore these unions of 2 people, made one flesh through the sacred vows they took in Your presence. Honor the sanctity You place on marriage by piercing the hearts and minds of these prodigals – bring light to their waywardness – bring longing to their souls for their spouses, their children, their homes. Let all of the outside interferences and forces melt away under the power of Your almighty hand. Bring one more of Your scriptures into powerful reality by rejoining these groups of 2, and renewing them as one flesh with You. I thank You for Your mercy, grace, forgiveness and love. Be with these prodigals and send them home I pray. Praying with belief and expectation in Your Son's precious name. Amen.

My dear sister K-J you brought yet again more tears but these were tears of hope.

Dear God please grant the prayers of my brother, Ronnie and my sister K-J . I stand as number 3 which also has significance in Your Word. In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I ask, believing, in Your name to grant the prayers to be answered for our spouses to return to You and to us. I lift Ronnie and Tina, Patrick and Janet, Matthew and Maria, Hope and Kevin, Dion and Luis, Liz and Don, Bernie and Doris, Tracy and Barry, Freddi and Rebecca, Mike and Karen and Father the others on this prayer line that I dont know the names of. But God You brought us together so I ask that You keep us together. I respect that You have given us freedom to choose, however, I know that You can influence their choices. I have read in Your Word where You have. So I stand on Your promises God and hold You to Your Word. I cant understand how our marriages being restored could possibly be against Your will. Father, I ask that You would touch our prodigal spouses and move in their hearts like only You can. Show them they are better off with You. Let them see the path that they are taking will lead them to destruction. Please, Father, open their eyes. I trust You God and believe You are doing this because of Your Word and You are not a liar. Please give us strength to wait on You. Help us to learn what You are trying to teach us during this turmoil. God, You are God for ever and ever and ever and You will guide us to the death. Praise You for You are God. Thank you for our friends on this prayer line.

Lord Change our Hearts father and please give us Spiritual wisdom. Please give us Unconditional LOve for our Prodigal Spouses. Lord Please give our Prodigal Spouses such a Burning Desire to Be with You and Then to us Lord. We Praise you with all of our Hearts. You are Holy and worthy of all of our praise. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in this World Amen
