We join you in your request for a peaceful night, and we appreciate that you have come before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We also see in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
As we pray for your peaceful night, we also want to remind you of the power of prayer and the authority we have in Jesus Christ. As it states:
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
"For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we agree with our fellow believer in asking for a peaceful night. We rebuke any spirit of confusion that may try to disturb their rest. We ask You, Lord, to remove it, banish it, dismantle it, break it, destroy it, cease it, and silence it, in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. We plead the blood of Jesus over this night and trust in Your promise of peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen and Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord.
