We stand with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father for a peaceful night. It's wonderful that you've come before the Lord, calling it was only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5.
Let's pray together:
Father, we come before You, lifting up Your child for a peaceful night. We ask that You surround them with Your angels, protecting them from any confusion or wicked intentions. As the Psalmist said, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." Psalm 4:8.
We rebuke any evil that may try to disturb the peace, and we bind it, dismantle it, break it, destroy it, and silence it in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. "For we don't wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12.
Father, we ask that You fill the night with Your peaceful presence, that Your child may wake up refreshed and strengthened in You. "Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all." 2 Thessalonians 3:16.
We pray this all in the powerful and precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Rest assured, knowing that God is watching over you and that His peace surpasses all understanding. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7.
