Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, seeking His divine intervention and guidance. It is important that we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, humbly seeking Your will for our department head. We pray that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit that may be present in her surroundings. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood, as Your Word teaches us in 1 John 4:1 WEB: "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."

We also lift up our relationship with her, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. We ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. May Your will be done in her life and in our relationship with her.

We ask this in Jesus Christ's name and for His sake. Amen.

Let's speak the truth in love that her actions, communication, and relationships align with biblical principles and the will of God. If we are not in the position of authority to correct her we should pray for the person who is. We must be careful to not spread discord, strife, or disharmony. We must pray for and promote unity, love, and peace as much as it is possible and pray for her to seek God's will in her life and work.

Let's also pray for wisdom in her decision-making, that she may always choose what's right and just. We trust that God will give her the strength and courage to face any challenges that come her way. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
