We join with you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for healing and protection. We pray that the medication he has been prescribed will bring healing and not cause any serious side effects.
Let us be reminded of God's promises to us, as written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise for your son, trusting that the Lord will heal and protect him.
In Mark 16:17-18 WEB, Jesus said, "These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." We believe that, as you have prayed in Jesus' name, your son will be protected from any harm that may come from the medication, and that it will bring healing to his body.
Continue to trust in the Lord, and do not be anxious. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord hears your prayers and that He is faithful to provide the best for your son. Remember that it is always God's will to heal, but His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. Trust in Him, even if the healing does not manifest in the way you expect. Thank you for praying in Jesus' name.
