Praying for my kid brother to gain favour before God and man at his place of work

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of lifting your brother before the Lord in prayer. It has been on our hearts to continue standing in agreement with you for his favor—both in the eyes of God and among those he works with. We’ve been asking the Father to soften the hearts of his supervisors, that they would show mercy and grant him the time and grace he needs to seek healing, even as we pray for wisdom and humility to grow in him.
