Praying For My Family

Lord, first and foremost I want to thank you for everything and everyone in my life. I want to pray that you bless us with your ever lasting presence. I want to repent for our sins and ask for forgiveness. Please release any generational curses that might have a strong hold on us. Please strengthen every one of us and answer our prayers. Please help us all to be considerate, loving and helpful to one another. Help us to lift each other up and not tear each other down. I pray that we can all come together and not feel discouraged because there is a negative person in the bunch. Ultimately, I am praying that my family become a praying family and rely on your word and use the bible as a tool to become better people. Amen.

Amen!!! It blesses me to hear another wonderful prayer! I am in total agreement with this prayer! Lord Jesus, I pray that this family will experience Your love and forgiveness and that Your presence will be felt in their midst. Lord, since this family is asking for forgiveness I ask that You will remove all generational curses that were operating in their lives from the sins of their ancestors. Help them to live peacefully with each other and walk in love. Help them to become a righteous family that prays and puts Biblical principles to work in their lives. Help them to draw closer to You, Lord, and become kind and loving people who edify others, and who will lift others up and not tear them down. We ask all these blessings in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
