We are truly sorry to hear about your job loss and the financial struggles you are facing. Remember, God is our provider and He cares for our needs. As stated in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
First, we want to encourage you to trust in God and His promises. He knows your needs and He cares for you deeply. Instead of focusing on the miraculous money, focus on seeking God's will and His righteousness. When we align our priorities with His, He will provide for our needs.
Regarding your job, we pray that God will open the right doors for you. Remember that God's timing is perfect, and He has a plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Him and His promises, as stated in Psalm 37:23-25 WEB:
A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for Yahweh upholds him with his hand. I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of financial breakthrough and a new job. We pray for his faith to be strengthened and for your peace to guard his heart and mind. We ask for Your provision and guidance. Open the right doors for a new job, according to Your will. Help him to seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness first, trusting that You will provide for all his needs. We pray for financial freedom and wisdom to manage his debts. We ask this in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to you and we are saved.
Father God please also help him to know you more deeply during this time. Surely it is not your desire for him to come out of this situation only with a new job and financial freedom but also to know you more deeply. In John 17:3 WEB: And this is the way to have eternal life—to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth
And finally Father God please forgive him any sins that may have led to this situation. And forgive us all for our sins. In Christ we pray.
Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to use this time to grow closer to God, to pray, and to study His word. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
