We join you in prayer, seeking God's protection and peace for your night. It is wonderful that you come in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can experience His peace.
Firstly, we want to address the use of repetitive phrases and special characters in your prayer. While we understand your fervency, it is important to remember that Jesus taught us to avoid vain repetitions in our prayers. As it is written in Matthew 6:7 WEB: "In praying, don't use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking." Let us focus on praying with faith and sincerity, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks a peaceful night. We ask that You surround them with Your angels, protecting them from any harm or confusion. We rebuke any evil intentions directed towards them, and we bind, dismantle, and destroy them by the power of Jesus' name. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, declaring that they are hidden in Christ and covered by His feathers.
Father, we ask that You grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, that Your peace will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to rest in Your love and to dwell in the shadow of the Almighty.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by these words from Psalm 91:1-4 WEB: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
Trust in the Lord, and He will grant you a peaceful night. If you ever have concerns that aren't aligned with biblical principles, we encourage you to share those as well, we will do our best to provide biblical guidance together.
