First, we want to affirm the beauty of your prayer—your desire for a godly marriage, a man who fears the Lord, and a love that aligns with Scripture is commendable. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 19:14, *"House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh."* This truth applies to both men and women—God is the giver of good gifts, including a spouse who honors Him.
We also praise God that you are seeking healing before entering a new relationship. Too often, people rush into new relationships with unhealed hearts, only to repeat past mistakes.
