We are so glad you have come seeking forgiveness and prayer. Firstly, let's address this prayer. You are asking for forgiveness but you have not mentioned Jesus, or even God. Please remember that no one comes to God the Father except through Jesus Christ His son. Only Jesus can save us and it is only in Jesus' name that we are allowed access to God the Father. It is only by Jesus' stripes that we are healed. The forgiveness you are requesting only comes from Jesus' shed blood on the Cross at Calvary. Please remember that you must believe that Jesus is the son of God and was raised from the dead to be saved and forgiven.
Let's address the issues at hand from your prayer.
You've acknowledged your sin and that's the first step towards repentance. In 1 John 1:9 (WEB) it says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. So, let's confess this sin together.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
