We join with you in thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for His continued protection over you and your son and we give Him praise for His faithfulness. We are grateful for your heart that seeks not only protection but also discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength and knowledge, for these are gifts that God delights to give to His children who ask in faith.
We stand with you and claim the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail, and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment as written in Isaiah 54:17. We pray that the Lord will continue to be your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust according to Psalm 91:2, and that He will put His angels in charge of you to guard you in all your ways as in Psalm 91:11. We ask that His hand of protection remain upon you and your son day and night, keeping you from harm and from the schemes of the enemy.
We also lift up your request for wisdom and guidance. The Word tells us in James 1:5 that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We pray that God will pour out upon you a spirit of wisdom and understanding, that He will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go and guide you with His eye upon you as promised in Psalm 32:8. May the fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom according to Proverbs 9:10 grow in you and your son, and may the Lord give you knowledge and strength for each day. We pray that He will renew your strength so that you will mount up with wings like eagles and not grow weary as in Isaiah 40:31, and that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you according to Philippians 4:13.
We notice your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord as in Romans 10:9 that we are saved and brought into the family of God where His promises of protection and wisdom become ours. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ if you have not already, and to bring every prayer before God in His holy name.

We join with you in thanksgiving to the Lord for His continued protection over you and your son, and we bring your petitions before the throne of grace.
You have asked for discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength and knowledge, and these are gifts which God delights to give to those who wait upon Him. Human strength, even at its best, will spend itself and fail, for all strength apart from God is but borrowed and must come to an end. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, and to them that have no might He increases strength. The Lord Himself has said, I will strengthen them, and therefore it shall be fitly and wisely bestowed. As thy days, so shall thy strength be. Strength enough to bear your sufferings and to do your duty shall be given, and when you feel that the way is beyond you, you have only to breathe a prayer for more strength and He will bear you over it.
So also for wisdom and guidance. True wisdom is not found in the maxims of this world, but comes from above. The price of wisdom is above rubies, and it is the Lord who must teach us. The child of God does not lean to his own understanding, but puts himself fully under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who takes of the things of Christ and reveals them unto us. If you distrust your own wisdom and go to Him in prayer and ask His guidance, He will give you great principles to avoid everything that is evil, to bow with submission to the will of God, and to walk in holiness which is near akin to perfect wisdom. He gives wisdom, knowledge and discretion to those who seek Him.
We pray with you that the Lord will be the glory of your strength, that all the glory of your strength may lie in God alone and not in any arm of flesh, and that you may glory in the Gospel and in the Cross of Christ which is the main strength of the Gospel.
We pray that the Lord will keep you and your son under the shadow of His wing, that He will be your shield and your antidote in every trouble, whether robbers in the wood or lions in the way or rivers to be crossed. We ask that according to His faithful promise, no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. May He guard you from all evil, preserve your going out and your coming in, and cause you to walk up and down in His strength, trusting in Christ alone who is our life and our salvation.
May the Lord grant you a fuller measure of faith, that you may trust Him more simply, and may He make all grace abound toward you, that you may abound in every good work, to the praise of His name. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life.
