We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up you and your son in prayer. The struggles you face with trespassers—whether coworkers, neighbors, or managers—are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, declaring that no weapon formed against you or your son shall prosper, for the Lord Himself has said, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me" (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in finding true protection, wisdom, and strength.
Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, believing in the power of Your Word. We lift up this dear sister and her son, asking for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Lord, You are their fortress and deliverer; in You they take refuge (Psalm 144:2). We rebuke every scheme of the enemy designed to harm them—whether through coworkers, neighbors, or managers. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11).
Father, grant them discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to navigate every situation with grace and truth. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your strength and not their own. When they are weary, remind them that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:30). When they are afraid, let them hear Your voice saying, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness" (Isaiah 41:10).
Lord, we ask that You expose any ungodly motives or actions directed toward them. Let Your light shine in the darkness, revealing truth and bringing justice. If there are those who seek to harm them, turn their hearts or remove them from their path, according to Your will. We pray for reconciliation where it is possible, and for peace to reign in their relationships. But above all, we pray that You would be their defender and their shield.
We also lift up their spiritual walk, asking that You draw them closer to You each day. Let them find their strength in You alone, and may their lives be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Father, we ask that You would bless them with godly friendships and mentors who can walk alongside them, encouraging them in their faith.
We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we declare that You are their protector, provider, and guide. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may their lives bring glory to Your name. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, remember that the battle you face is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, put on the full armor of God so that you can stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:13-18).
Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He has overcome the world, and in Him, you are more than conquerors (John 16:33, Romans 8:37). Walk in the confidence of His love and protection, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).
If there are areas in your life or your son’s life that do not align with God’s Word, we encourage you to bring them before the Lord in repentance. Confess any sin, and He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Whether it is bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear, lay it at the foot of the cross and allow the Holy Spirit to renew your mind and heart.
Lastly, we encourage you to seek out a local body of believers—a church that preaches the full gospel of Jesus Christ. Surround yourself with fellow Christians who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable in your walk with the Lord. Do not neglect the gathering of the saints, as some are in the habit of doing, but encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching (Hebrews 10:25).
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside quiet waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:1-3). Trust in Him with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
