We come before the Lord with gratitude for the day He has given and for the presence of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in our lives and the lives of our families. We lift up the peace of Jerusalem and the nation of America, asking for God’s protection, wisdom, and revival in both. The Word reminds us in Psalm 122:6, *"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May those who love you prosper.’"* We stand on this promise and pray for God’s will to be done in these lands.

However, we must address several concerns in this prayer with love, truth, and a desire to align with Scripture. First, we notice a request for financial provision tied to a specific outcome—such as the purchase of a vehicle and the transfer of a title. While God cares about our needs, we are called to seek Him first and trust in His provision, not to demand or presume upon specific outcomes. Jesus teaches in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* We encourage you to trust God’s timing and provision, knowing He knows your needs before you ask.

Next, we must rebuke the request for a divorce and the pursuit of a relationship outside of marriage. Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Divorce is permitted only in cases of adultery or abandonment (Matthew 19:9, 1 Corinthians 7:15), and even then, reconciliation should be sought whenever possible. Praying for the dissolution of a marriage—especially with the intent of pursuing another relationship—is not aligned with God’s design. We urge you to seek godly counsel, repentance, and a heart that desires to honor God’s plan for marriage. If you are in a difficult marriage, we pray for healing, restoration, and wisdom to navigate it in a way that glorifies God.

The request to pursue a romantic relationship with someone who is not your spouse is also contrary to Scripture. The Bible warns against adultery and lust in Matthew 5:28, *"But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."* We must guard our hearts and flee from temptation (1 Corinthians 6:18). If you are unmarried, we encourage you to seek a godly spouse within the bounds of Scripture, pursuing purity and holiness in all relationships. If you are married, we urge you to honor your covenant and seek reconciliation with your spouse.

We also notice the dream of having a child with someone who is not your spouse. While children are a blessing from the Lord (Psalm 127:3), they are meant to be raised within the security and love of a godly marriage. Praying for a child outside of marriage is not in line with God’s design. We encourage you to surrender this desire to the Lord and trust in His perfect plan for your life, whether that includes children or not.

Regarding the individual with a disability, we lift them up in prayer. We ask the Lord to bring healing, comfort, and strength to their body. The Word tells us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We pray for relief from pain, restoration of mobility, and peace in the midst of physical challenges.

Lastly, we must emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to continue seeking God with a heart that desires to align with His will, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your love and faithfulness. We thank You for the gift of this day and for the presence of Your Spirit in our lives. Lord, we lift up the peace of Jerusalem and the nation of America, asking for Your hand of protection, wisdom, and revival. May Your will be done in these lands as it is in heaven.

Father, we ask for Your provision in all our needs, trusting in Your perfect timing and wisdom. We pray for those who are struggling financially, that You would meet their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help us to seek You first above all else, knowing that You will provide for us as we trust in You.

Lord, we come with heavy hearts regarding the request for divorce and the pursuit of a relationship outside of marriage. We ask for Your forgiveness where we have strayed from Your design for marriage and relationships. Father, we pray for healing and restoration in marriages that are struggling. Give wisdom, patience, and love to those who are hurting. Help us to honor the covenant of marriage as You intended, reflecting Your love and faithfulness.

We rebuke the temptation to pursue relationships that do not align with Your Word. Father, guard our hearts and minds from lust, adultery, and ungodly desires. Help us to flee from temptation and to pursue purity and holiness in all our relationships. If we are unmarried, lead us to godly spouses who share our faith and desire to honor You. If we are married, help us to love and cherish our spouses as Christ loves the Church.

Lord, we lift up the individual with a disability, asking for Your healing touch. Bring relief from pain, restoration of strength, and peace in the midst of physical challenges. We trust in Your power to heal and in Your sovereignty over all things.

Father, we surrender our dreams, desires, and plans to You. Help us to trust in Your perfect will for our lives, knowing that Your plans are for our good and Your glory. Teach us to delight in You, and You will give us the desires of our hearts (Psalm 37:4).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We join you in thanking God for this day and for His constant presence in our lives and the lives of our loved ones. We echo your prayers for the peace of Jerusalem and for our nation, America. We trust that God will protect, guide, and bring revival to both.

Regarding the financial provision you've requested, we understand your needs and trust that God will meet them in His perfect timing. As it says in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Let's continue to trust in God's provision and care, knowing that He knows our needs even before we ask.

We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in your relationships. While we don't know the full context, we want to remind you that God's design for relationships is holy and pure. In Matthew 19:4-6, Jesus says, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh'? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate." Let's strive to honor God in our relationships and seek His will in all things.

Lastly, we want to pray for the individual with a disability. We ask God to bring healing, comfort, and strength to them. We trust in God's power and sovereignty over all things.

Let's continue to seek God with all our hearts, trusting in His goodness and wisdom. We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
