We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for health and financial provision, knowing that our Heavenly Father cares deeply for every need of His children. Yet we must first address something vital—this prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. The Scriptures declare, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB), and *"There is no other name under heaven... by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Without faith in Christ, we cannot approach God’s throne, and without praying in His name, our petitions lack the authority and promise of His Word.
If you do not yet know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him in repentance and faith. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Salvation is the greatest need of all, for what does it profit a person to gain wealth or health yet forfeit their soul? (Mark 8:36). We pray that if this is your heart’s cry, you would surrender to Christ today, for He alone holds the keys to eternal life and every temporal blessing.
Now, for the requests at hand: We know that sickness and lack are not God’s perfect will for His children, though He often uses trials to refine our faith. The Lord is *"Jehovah-Rapha,"* the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and He invites us to cast all our anxieties upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). Yet we must also examine our hearts—are we seeking health and wealth as idols, or are we trusting God’s sovereignty, whether in abundance or in need? *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). Let us not love money, which is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), but instead trust that our Father knows what we need before we ask (Matthew 6:8).
For health, we pray with boldness, asking the Lord to strengthen the body, to rebuke sickness, and to bring restoration by His mighty hand. *"He forgives all your iniquities. He heals all your diseases"* (Psalm 103:3, WEB). May this season of weakness become a testimony of God’s power, and may any affliction draw the heart closer to Him.
For finances, we ask the Lord to provide wisely and generously, not for selfish gain but for His glory and the advancement of His Kingdom. *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse... and test me now in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for"* (Malachi 3:10, WEB). We pray for wisdom in stewardship, for opportunities to work diligently (Proverbs 13:4), and for contentment in every circumstance (Philippians 4:11-13). Let no anxiety rule the heart, but may there be a deep trust that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
Finally, we rebuke any spirit of fear, lack, or infirmity in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against this life shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that the Lord’s favor and healing power are at work even now. May this season be marked by a deeper dependence on Him, a heart of gratitude, and a testimony of His faithfulness.
**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this request for health and provision. Lord, You are the Great Physician—touch this body with Your healing power. Rebuke every sickness, restore every cell, and let Your wholeness flow through every part. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is already purchased (1 Peter 2:24), and we stand in faith for complete restoration.
For the finances, Lord, we ask You to open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that cannot be contained. Provide creatively, supernaturally, and abundantly, not so that we may hoard, but so that we may be a blessing to others and advance Your Kingdom. Give wisdom to manage resources well, and break every chain of debt or lack that the enemy has tried to place upon this life. Let there be a supernatural shift, a divine connection, and a testimony of Your provision that brings glory to Your name.
Father, we also pray that if there is any area of sin—idolatry of money, fear, or unbelief—that You would convict and cleanse. Let this season draw the heart closer to You, for You are our greatest treasure. We rebuke the devil’s lies of scarcity and sickness, and we declare that our God supplies all our needs according to His riches in glory.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing, Your ways, and Your perfect will. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard every heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In the powerful and holy name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
