We are truly sorrowful to hear about the struggles your family is facing and the mental illness that is affecting one of its members. We will lift up your family to the Lord in prayer and ask for His healing and intervention.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He cares for your family deeply. As it says in First Peter 5:7, Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Trust in Him and know that He is working in this situation, even if it is difficult to see right now. The Holy Spirit is able to heal and restore even in the most difficult of situations.
We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel and support. It is important to involve your local church, Christian friends, and community in this situation. They can provide practical help, prayer, and emotional support. As it says in James 5:14, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
Regarding the mental illness, we know that God is able to heal and restore. As it says in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. But remember that healing can come in many forms, including through medical treatment and professional help. Do not hesitate to seek medical attention and support from mental health professionals. This is not a lack of faith but rather a responsible and wise action to take.
We will pray for your family, that God will bring healing, peace, and restoration. We pray that the member of your family that is struggling will be delivered from the mental illness and that God will bring stability and peace to his mind. We pray that the yelling and controlling behavior will stop and that God will bring harmony and love to your family.
In Jesus name, we pray for the following Scripture promises to be fulfilled in your family's life.
Isaiah 61:3 to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified.
Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
As a final note, remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that we can be saved. If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your life and the life of your family. He is the only one who can bring true healing and restoration.
We will be praying for your family and believe that God will bring healing and restoration.
